1. What Eyrie delivers

Eyrie delivers advice and implementation within generative engine optimization (GEO). In practice the deliverables consist of three parts:

Review

  • An AI visibility measurement: we put a fixed set of buyer questions to the major AI engines and document where, and how often, your website is cited or named.
  • A written report with visibility score, competitor comparison and prioritised actions. The initial review report is a simplified version and is delivered free of charge.

Optimisation

  • Implemented changes to the website's structure and content: citable rewrites of important pages, schema.org markup, technical adjustments and a question map for how to continue.
  • Changes are published on your website — either by us by agreement, or by you on the basis of our recommendations.
  • A before/after verification that measures the same questions again and shows what changed, engine by engine.

Monitoring

  • Ongoing monthly measurement against a fixed question set, a report with visibility score, new citations, competitor monitoring and recommended next actions.
  • Ongoing adjustments and new citable content by agreement.

The exact scope — number of pages, questions, engines and hours — is set out in the quote. The quote applies together with these terms as the basis of the contract.

2. Prices and payment

  • All prices are stated in Swedish kronor and are excluding VAT.
  • Review reports and optimisation projects are invoiced per the quote's payment plan, normally on delivery. Ongoing monitoring is invoiced monthly in advance.
  • The payment term is 30 days net from the invoice date. On late payment, default interest is charged under the Swedish Interest Act.
  • Costs for third-party services (for example publishing tools, domain or ad spend) are invoiced only if you have approved them in advance.

Consumer right of withdrawal: If you buy as a consumer, under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (2005:59) you normally have 14 days to withdraw from the day the contract was entered into. The right of withdrawal does not apply if you have expressly requested that the work begin during the withdrawal period and confirmed that the right of withdrawal lapses once the work is fully performed. Contact hej@eyrie.se to exercise the right of withdrawal.

3. Cancelling ongoing monitoring

The monitoring has no lock-in. You can cancel it with one month's notice — in the portal at app.eyrie.se (Settings → Subscription & card) or by email to hej@eyrie.se. The cancellation takes effect from the point you cancel — the subscription ends after the current monthly period and no further invoices are sent. Paid periods are not refunded, but the work is delivered to the end of the paid period.

4. Expected effect — no guarantee of rankings

We want to be clear about what it is reasonable to promise:

  • We do not guarantee specific positions, citations or recommendations in AI answers. The AI engines are operated by third parties, their models and indexes are updated without notice, and no supplier — whatever the promise — can determine what an AI assistant answers.
  • What we do commit to is the concrete deliverables in section 1: measurement, implemented optimisations, structured data, citable content and verified before/after measurement.
  • In our experience, companies that carry out the recommended actions usually see improved visibility in AI answers, but the extent and timing vary with industry, competition and how the engines refresh their indexes.

5. What we need from you

For the work to be carried out you need to provide, within reasonable time:

  • Access to publishing on your website, or a contact person who can make the changes.
  • Accurate details about the business, services, pricing and references that the content relies on.
  • Prompt review of drafts — material not commented on within 14 days is deemed approved for delivery.

Delays caused by materials or decisions not being in place may shift delivery times accordingly.

6. Intellectual property and material

  • Material you provide to us remains your property. Texts, structure, schema.org markup and reports that Eyrie produces within a paid engagement are assigned to you (or your client) on completed payment, and may be published freely.
  • Eyrie reserves the right to use generic method knowledge and anonymised results in its own marketing material. Customer-specific data and reports are not shared without your approval.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all information we receive in an engagement as confidential, and share it only with subcontractors needed for operations (see the privacy policy). The confidentiality applies after the engagement has ended as well.

8. Limitation of liability

  • Eyrie's liability for direct losses is limited to the amount you have actually paid for the service in question during the last twelve months.
  • Eyrie bears no liability for indirect losses — for example lost revenue, profit, return or data — or for third-party decisions, such as changes to the AI engines' models, indexes or policies.
  • Liability arises only if the fault is due to negligence by Eyrie and you notify the fault in writing within reasonable time after discovering it, and at the latest within three months of delivery.

9. Disputes and governing law

These terms and all engagements are governed by Swedish law. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably are decided by a Swedish general court, with Ilmal AB's domicile (Järfälla District Court) as the venue.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to an engagement is the one published when the engagement began, unless something else has been agreed.
