Used as a whole — preferably together with the wordmark, as in the LinkedIn banner below. The line above is set in Georgia as a stand-in; in the original it is Newsreader italic, and in the banner it is drawn as paths.

Colours
#0B2327#2B7A6E#5FA8A0#3C8041#C8A24C#ECE7DBThe sun point in the logo for light backgrounds (logo-ink.svg, the default above) is a darker brass, #B6862A: the published Brass gives 2.4:1 against a white background and disappears at small sizes, while the darker one gives 3.3:1 and clears the threshold for graphical elements. It is used only inside the logo, never as a standalone colour.
Typography
The wordmark and the banner text sit as paths in the SVGs, not as text. The geometry is therefore exactly Newsreader and looks the same everywhere — no font file, no network, and no need for the visitor to happen to have the font. The rest of the site's text, headings included, is set in the system interface font (system-ui). Newsreader is open source (SIL OFL) and available on Google Fonts: fonts.google.com/specimen/Newsreader.
